Refund and Returns Policy

At Blush Clean, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions applicable to returns and refunds for our products.

1. Order and Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from our international partner suppliers. Delivery times may vary between 7 and 20 business days, depending on your country. A shipping delay does not qualify for a refund if the order is still in transit.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it at support@2ashop.com with:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos of the affected product.

After verification, we will proceed with:

  • Sending you a replacement item at no cost, or
  • Issuing a full refund.

3. Physical Returns

Due to the nature of dropshipping and our international shipping process, we do not accept physical returns to our suppliers, except with prior agreement for specific cases. Please do not return an item without contacting us first. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

4. Change of Mind / Order Error

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • You change your mind, or
  • You ordered the wrong size or color by mistake.

Please double-check your order details before placing your order.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Opened items for hygiene reasons

6. Request Procedure

For any refund or replacement request, please contact us at support@2ashop.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or other proof of the issue

We commit to responding within 48 business hours.

7. Refunds

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
